Superstar Rajinikanth was tremendously welcomed by locals in Dharmasala the place he visited on his route to Himalayas. The photos doing rounds in social media show the sexagenarian star wearing a garland and a red scull cap amid people with smiling faces.

Going to the Himalayan mountains is nothing new to Rajini as he has went there many times over the years for penance and soul searching. But  for the first time, photos of his journey are being released for public view. This is probably may be the way of the Superstar's counter to criticism that he has left Tamil Nadu after announcing his political plans to contest in the upcoming Assembly elections. May be Thalaivar felt that it is fit to show a glimpse of the overwhelming support showed on him by the people across the country to silence his critics.

It must be noted that in a flabbergasting speech on Monday last, Rajinikanth stunned everyone with the way he countered the criticisms and naysayers about his entry into politics. He also invoked the legacy of the late CM and yesteryear Superstar M.G.Ramachandran, and said he will provided the MGR rule for Tamil Nadu.

It seems Rajinikanth who has conquered the hearts of crores of people as an actor has also mastered in the heart of politics.
