'Kabali' beats 'Vedalam' by a big margin

The opening day collections of Kabali' are truly ear shattering once again proving the undisputed star power of Superstar Rajinikanth. The film has opened at the number one spot in India, Sri Lanka,Malaysia and UAE, the number 3 spot in USA and Canada and has settled at the number 10 in the UK.

In Tamil Nadu, Kabali' has become the all time number one in first day collection grossing INR 21.5 Crores surpassing the previously held record of Ajith's Vedalam' which raked in 15.5 Crores. This brings the cheers back to the die hard fans of Thalaivar who were a little upset by the mixed reviews and reactions.
