Did Ranjith force Rajini ?

'Arjun Reddy' fame Vijay Devarakonda is making his Tamil debut in a new movie titled 'Nota' directed by Anand Shankar and produced by Studio Green Gnanavelraja. At the press meet of the film Pa. Ranjith a special guest in his speech said that the production house made his career by bankrolling 'Madras' starring Karthi and Kalaiyarasan and lauded director Anand Shankar for choosing a political subject that is in tune with the current scenario.
Gnanavelraja in his turn stated that Pa. Ranjith is the most politically inclined person he had ever met in his life and will infuse that feeling in all those who come in contact with him. The front line producer added that when Ranjith directed 'Kabali' he expected Rajini to announce his political entry which did not happen but after two years and the completion of 'Kaala' he has done so. Gnanavelraja is of the opinion that it was Ranjith who influenced the Thalaivar's active politics after many years of uncertainity.
