Superstar Rajinikanth visited with his family and paid the last respects to former CM Jayalalitha yesterday. Today he has to suffer another big blow as his good friend and guide Cho Ramaswamy has passed away.

Rajinikanth was one of the earliest to visit Cho's residence at MRC Nagar Chennai to personally pay his last respects to his departed friend.

Rajini and Cho share a long time friendship. They have acted together in films like 'Aarilirundhu Arubathuvarai', 'Guru Sishyan', 'Athisaya Piravi' and much more. Together they supported the change of Government which played a major role in the outcome of Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 1996.

They have always shared a cordial relationship. A few months ago Rajinikanth arranged a special screening of his latest film 'Kabali' for Cho who despite not in a good health condition watched the film and praised it.

Indeed a big personal loss to our Superstar.

Meanwhile, celebrities of Tamil film industry are making a beeline to pay their last respect to one of the memorable multi-faceted veterans of the industry. Director Bharathiraja, veteran actor Sivakumar, his sons Suriya and Karthi are the prominent persons who paid their homage to Cho at his home.
