Superstar Rajinikanth's 169th film 'Jailer' is coming to cinemas this Thursday. It is well known that Rajini is a very spiritual person. Now, the hot news is that the legendary actor will be missing the release of the movie as he is set to embark on his spiritual journey this week.

Thalaivar is a stern devotee of Mahavatar Babaji. After each film's release, he has a custom of travelling to the Himalayas for spiritual retreats. He hasn't been able to catch up with his habit in recent times due to health issues. Rajinikanth has decided to resume this tradition again over the release of his biggie 'Jailer'.

But this time Rajinikanth is starting his Himalayas journey prior to his film's release, as per the sources. It is said that Thalaivar watched a special screening of 'Jailer' today at the Sun TV office. The upcoming film is an action comedy outing directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures. Anirudh Ravichander composed the musical score for the movie.
