Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the most unique movie stars ever for his sheer ability stay right at the top for close to five decades now. The thespian at the age of 72 is still the most sought after and his call sheet diary is filled for the foreseeable future.
Over the years Rajini's stylish poses and his mimiced voice has been extensively used by businesses to promote their things. To stop that illegal exploitation the thespian has sent a legal notice warning dire legal consequences.
Rajinikanth's lawyer Ilambharathi in the legal notice has warned that legal and criminal action will be taken against those who use Rajini's name, photograph and voice for commercial purposes without his permission. A part of the notice reads "His charisma and nature as an actor and a human being has earned him the title ‘Superstar’ called upon by millions of his fans worldwide. The sheer proportion of his fan base and his respect across the film industry is unmatched and indisputable. Any damage to his reputation or personal would entail a great loss to our client,”
Currently, Rajinikanth is busy shooting for the last schedule of his upcoming movie 'Jailer' produced by Sun Pictures and directe by Nelson Dilip Kumar. The film has music by Anirudh and also stars Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan and Yogi Babu. He is also set to make a special appearance in his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth's 'Lal Salaam', which is being produced by Lyca Productions. Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth play the lead roles while A.R. Rahman is scoring the music.
