We all know that Superstar Rajinikanth officially wrapped up filming for his upcoming biggie 'Jailer', a few days ago. The legendary actor is back to the grind for his extended cameo in his daughter Aishwarya's directorial 'Lal Salaam'. The 70-year-old's active work culture is pulling crowds now.

Superstar Rajinikanth resumed filming for Lal Salaam in Pondicherry after he shot for the film in Mumbai. After finding out that Thalaivar is shooting in Pondy, fans began congregating in large numbers to see the Indian film industry's Superstar. Rajini climbed on his car's roof and interacted with the crowd. The video of the same is trending on social media.

Lal Salaam is a cricket-based sports drama starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead roles. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie also stars veteran actress Jeevitha Rajaeskhar and cricketing legend Kapil Dev. AR Rahman is scoring music for the movie with cinematography by Vishnu Rangasamy and editing by Pravin Baaskar.
