After a very long time, Superstar Rajinikanth is working on more than one project simultaneously. He wrapped up filming for his upcoming biggie 'Jailer' earlier and started shooting for his cameo role in his daughter Aishwarya's directorial 'Lal Salaam' this month in Mumbai.

Now, Thalaivar is back in Chennai again. Sources say that the makers filmed a fight sequence with the legendary actor for 3 days in Mumbai. We hear that one more action block is yet to be shot and the next schedule will kickstart in Mysore this week. As we reported earlier, Rajini will wrap up his portions in this film this month and move to Jailer dubbing in June.

Lal Salaam is a cricket-based sports drama film starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in lead roles. The movie produced by Lyca Productions has music by AR Rahman. On the work front, the Superstar also has 'Thalaivar 170' with director TJ Gnanavel, bankrolled by Lyca Productions. Reportedly, Chiyaan Vikram is in talks to play the villain in that project.
