Intriguing! This is what Rajini wanted before 'Kaala'!

Rajinikanth’s ‘Kaala’ teaser has hit the web, and fans are rightfully raving about the Superstar’s mass, swag, style and not to mention the adorable ‘Nellai’ accent. Directed by Pa.Ranjith, the film has created serious anticipation among millions worldwide.
Here’s an interesting tidbit. Reportedly, Rajinikanth originally did not want ‘Kaala’, he rather was eager for a ‘Kabali’ sequel. However, after Ranjith’s narration of ‘Kaala’ to Rajinikanth and thereafter to the film’s bankroller Dhanush, the duo were thrilled at the story. Reportedly Dhanush even whistled and clapped at several junctures during the narration. No wonder we have ‘Kaala’ approaching us soon in theatres. On a side note however, we guess fans would be all the more ready even for a 'Kabali' sequel!
The film has an ensemble of Nana Patekar, Easwari Rao, Huma Quereshi, Samuthirakani as well. The music has been scored by Sathosh Narayanan and the film is set to hit the screens on April 27.
