Superstar Rajinikanth's new biggie 'Jailer' is all set to light up the screens in just 9 days but there hasn't been a full-fledged teaser/trailer from the film yet. There were reports that the Jailer trailer was supposed to make its debut at the movie's audio launch event that happened last Friday in Chennai. However, only the songs were launched at the function.

Now, we hear that the Jailer trailer is likely to be unleashed on August 2 or 3. The team will make the official announcement about it very soon. As the film is releasing on August 10, the film is marching towards a record opening gross all over the globe. Jailer has already earned $100K in the USA, which is the strong zone for Thalaivar. These sales are expected to double instantly after the release of the trailer.

On the other hand, it is said that the first show in Tamil Nadu will begin only after 9 AM. The opening collection may get bigger if there are early morning shows. With music by Anirudh, Jailer has Rajinikanth, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Ramya Krishnan, Mirna, Yogi Babu, Vinayakan, Saravanan and many others.
