Superstar Rajinikanth made heads turn by participating in the physically demanding 'Into the Wilds with Bear Grylls'. He shot for the show in the jungles of Bandipur, Karnataka on January 28th and also caused anxiety to millions of fans after it was reported that he had injured himself. However Rajini later told newspersons that he sustained minor scratches from bush thorns and thats all.
Discovery Channel India have released a sneak peek of Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Into the Wilds with Bear Grylls' which is totally awe-inspiring considering his age. The Thalaivar as he is fondly called is seen braving several feet heights to dangle and crossover an old rusty iron bridge and also the uneven forest terrains.
Rajini has also not let the opportunity to pass to talk about the importance of water and how the scarcity affects the Indian population. Rajini takes to Tamil when explaining how K. Balachander discovered his talent and made him a superstar and more importantly how he lets Rajinikanth and his fame go after his film shooting and go back home as the ex- bus conductor Shivaji Rao Gaekwad. The show premieres on 23rd March at 8 pm on all Discovery channels.
