Superstar Rajinikanth fans all over the world are waiting with bated breath to celebrate his new movie 'Annnaathe' which is all set to release in record number of theaters on November 4th as a grand Diwali treat. The film directed by Siruthai Siva is produced by Sun Pictures and has the ensemble cast of Rajini, Keerthy Suresh, Khushbu, Meena, Pandiarajan, Soori, Prakash Raj and Jagapathy Babu.
Meanwhile Rajini left for New Delhi today to receive the most coveted Dada Saheb Phalke Award that is given to achievers in the Indian film industry. Speaking to newsmen today in front of his residence the Thalaivar looked full of energy and was excited.
He said that he is very happy to receive the award and added that he never expected to receive it in his life. However the stalwart also got emotional that his guru K. Balachander is not alive to witness him in this milestone moment.
