Superstar Rajinikanth's action biggie 'Coolie' enters production! - Special poster unveiled

We previously reported that Superstar Rajinikanth flew to Hyderabad yesterday to start shooting for the mega action film, Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Today, Sun Pictures officially announced that the movie's shooting kicked off in style, accompanied by a stylish poster.

They wrote, Superstar-Loki Sambhavam begins! #Coolie shooting starts today (sic). Reportedly, the makers have planned the first schedule for 35 days. Some sources say that the filming will be shifted to a grand set in Chennai after four days in Hyderabad. We have to wait for official details in this regard.

Lokesh Kanagaraj recently reunited with 'Vikram' cinematographer Girish Gangadharan for this movie. He promised the fans that cast updates will arrive soon. The technical crew comprises Anirudh Ravichander as the music composer, Sathees Kumar as the art director, Philomin Raj as the editor and the Anbariv duo as the stunt masters.
