It is well known that Raghava Lawrence was roped in to play the lead role in the sequel of Superstar Rajinikanth's 2005 industry hit, 'Chandramukhi'. Directed by the first film's maker P Vasu, Chandramukhi 2 is all set to hit the silver screens on September 28th worldwide in Tamil and Telugu.

Raghava Lawrence, who's an ardent fan of Superstar Rajinikanth, met his idol and got his blessings before the shooting of Chandramukhi 2 in July 2022. Now, the multi-talented actor has met Thalaivar again prior to the release of the movie. As Chandramukhi 2 is releasing this Thursday, Lawrence met Rajinikanth at his residence and got blessings from the legendary actor.

The photos and videos of his meeting with Thalaivar are doing rounds on the internet. Sharing them, Raghava Lawrence wrote, "Hi friends and fans, Today I met my Thalaivar and Guru @rajinikanth to wish him for jailer’s blockbuster success and got blessings for #Chandramukhi2 release on September 28th. Chandramukhi 2 stars Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Mahima Nambiar, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Radhika Sarathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Ravi Maria, Manobala and others. The film has music by MM Keeravani, DOP by RD Rajasekhar, editing by Anthony and art direction by Thota Tharrani.
