Thalaivar Rajinikanth who was recently presented with the 51st Dadasaheb Phalke Award at the 67th National Film Awards felicitation ceremony on Monday, October 25is currently waiting for the release of his upcoming biggie 'Annaatthe'.

The power-packed trailer of this much-anticipated film was released yesterday and it trailered off a wide view of the story and the rest of the cast. While Keerthy Suresh plays the sister of Thalaivar Kushboo and Meena are seen as the cousin of this village president. Nayanthara on the other hand plays the love interest of Rajinikanth.

The film is all set to be released in theatres on Diwali with 100% occupancies after a very long time. The latest update about this film is that the theatrical rights of 'Annaatthe are acquired by Udhayanidhi Stalin under his home banner Red giant movies.
