The shooting of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer mega budget sci-fi entertainer '2.0' has resumed in Chennai.

We learn that huge sets resembling military tanks have arrived in the city for the shooting of an action sequence in the film. Apart from this a huge mobile phone store like set has been erected in the outskirts of Chennai. Recently a scene in which thousands of youngsters throng the shop to buy mobile due to a sudden crisis of mobile phones has been shot by the director Shankar.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has already landed in Chennai and he is expected to take part in an action sequence with Rajinikanth in this schedule of shooting.

Being produced by Lyca Productions on a whopping budget of Rs.350 crores, '2.0'

is expected to hit the screens in the year 2017. Amy Jackson plays the female lead in this flick while A.R.Rahman handles the musical score.
