Actor Karthi had a release this Diwali with the action thriller Kaithi directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Dream Warrior pictures. The movie, which was made without songs and a female lead, has been running successfully, despite being released with another biggie Bigil.

Kaithi also stars Narain, Dheena, Arjun Das, Vatsan, George Maryan, Deepthi, Ramana, Kanna Ravi, Kishore, Baby Monica and Deepthi, and has music by Sam CS and cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan. The movie has been receiving appreciation from stars, and now a Superstar has joined too.
