Tollywood director Puri Jagannadh proved his mettle by making 'Bbuddah..Hoga Tera Baap' with Amitabh Bachchan. This movie made with a shoe string budget of Rs 10 crore, was a money spinner. Now rumours are rife that Puri wants to make this film with Superstar Rajinikanth in Tamil and Telugu.

Though Rajini hasn't given his consent to this project yet, we hear Puri has already approahced him for the Telugu and Tamil remake of this film. Since this movie has a lot of mass dialogues and the hero has a cult image, Puri believes that only Superstar can carry it off.

Rajinikanth for now is busy with 'Rana' and hasn't okayed anyother script yet. He faced a few health problems in the recent past and just returned from Singapore where he underwent treatment. Given the punch dialogues that Puri's films are popular for, if Superstar does this project, expectations are going to be superhigh on the film.
