Simbu's heartfelt emotional statement on producer's death!

In another loss to the film industry, famous Tamil producer SK Krishnakanth passed away yesterday due to heart attack and his unexpected demise has shocked many directors, actors and technicians of Kollywood.

The final rites of Krishnakanth will happen today evening in Chennai. Krishnakanth has produced many superhits in his Indian Theatre productions and notable movies include Chiyaan Vikram starrer King, Simbu starrer Manmadhan and Dhanush starrer movies Thiruda Thirudi and Pudhukottaiyil Irundhu Saravanan.

Now Simbu has posted an emotional statement on Krishnakanth’s demise. Simbu's condolence message read “We have been losing many good people of late. Manmadhan was a film which gave me a lot of memorable experiences. Krishnakanth had immense love for me, believed me and asked me to direct Manmadhan. He motivated me to write and direct Manmadhan and had always been concerned about my personal life. His death has shocked me and I am shattered. My deepest condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace".
