It was made official recently that the Dhanush - Karthik Subbaraj combo movie, which was announced as early as 2016, and had been on hold since, will be going on floors, and that this movie will be produced by Y Not Studios and Reliance Entertainments.

This untitled movie is a gangster thriller movie, and will feature Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi, who is also currently a part of Sundar.C's ongoing movie starring Vishal and Tamannaah. Shooting of this movie will begin this August, and will happen in United Kingdom.

It has now been revealed that child actor Ashwanth, who had impressed with his cute and lovable act as Rasukutty in the Thiagarajan Kumararaja directorial Super Deluxe released this year, will also be a part of this movie. Ashwanth was also seen this year in Nayanthara starrer Airaa.
