This is like an overcrowded bus moving in high speed. The style adopted by director is rugged. The dialogues are very rude and contents of the film are hotchpotch. This is made keeping an eye on the challenging star Darshan's box office image.

Jaggi is a ruffian. He is a street smart comes to the aid of all needy especially when a woman is in dire streets. His popularity is very high in the colony. Politician Raja Huli aims to capture his popularity so that he can become an MLA. He gets the support from Health Minister in this direction. On the demand list furnished by Jaggi the election campaign starts. The opponent party rope in a social worker Lalitha Devi. This Lalitha Devi is nothing but the woman who has given birth to Jaggi. Jaggi mistakes this woman in the fake liquor tragedy case where 15 persons die before the elections. Soon he knows the merit of Lalitha Devi and changes his stand. This erupts in lot of mayhem and kitsch. How Jaggi and his mother Lalitha Devi overcome the ordeals of Health Minister (who happens to be Lalitha Devi's husband and Jaggi's father) is the long drawn out battle field.

This is high time Darshan think again in accepting this usual run of the mill films. He has no scope to hold the mirror to his acting capabilities. He has struggled hard in action scenes and dancing is far away from him. Rakshita is again having a wrong choice. She has not done a pinup role is what satisfactory.

Ashish Vidyarthi and Rangayana Raghu further test your patience. Umasri and Seetha are apt.

The photography by Anaji Nagaraj has come out well and in some scenes the height of Darshan has been tough for the cameraman. None of the songs are good. Famous song of G.P.Rajarathnam Nan Hattige neenu Belakagidhe...has not been sung well.
