Recently, during a TV interview, eminent spiritual leader Swamy Swaroopanandendra Saraswati said that he has many followers in the film industry. He took some names and among them was singer Sunitha. Days after the interview was aired, the singer took a strong exception to the Swamy's claim, saying that she has never even met him.

"So many rumours I come across every day developing a thick skin but sometimes some issues are needed to be addressed like how this famous personality #swaroopanandendrasaraswati using my name in his visitors list had made me wonder how people can use anyone's name and that too on a national television channel .. and I am yet confused if I should start developing thick skin towards such issues as well? (sic)," Sunitha wrote on Facebook.

Did the Swamy get confused and named one person instead of another?
