The immensely talented actress, Anjali, has become a beloved figure in South Indian cinema, particularly making a mark in the dynamic Telugu film industry. Since her debut in 2006, she has consistently showcased her acting prowess across various regional film industries in the South.

Anjali is now gearing up to enchant audiences once again in her upcoming Telugu film, "Geetanjali Mallivachindi," a sequel to the earlier blockbuster "Geetanjali." The original film gained acclaim for its seamless blend of comedy and horror, and Anjali is set to take this success to new heights.

The makers recently unveiled the first look of actor Sunil, who will be playing the intriguing character of Killer Nani in the movie. The film unit shared the look, stating, "Behold @suneeltollywood as #KillerNani in #GeethanjaliMalliVachindhi A terrifying twist of horror and humor that will leave you ROFL even as you shiver." Sunil's poster, where he stands in front of a haunted building with a hockey stick, has significantly heightened expectations for the film.

"Geetanjali Mallivachindi" marks Anjali's 50th film, and the makers reveal that more than half of the shooting has already been completed. The film promises to offer a unique blend of horror and comedy, transcending the boundaries of typical films in this genre. The New Year's special poster, featuring Anjali as a classical dancer in an old building, has resonated well with the audience.

Producers MVV Satyanarayana, along with Kona Venkat presenting the film, and JV, are determined to shoot the movie on a Pan India scale without compromising on the budget. The sequel boasts a stellar cast, including actors from the first installment such as Srinivas Reddy, Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, Satya, Sunil, Ravi Shankar, and Srikanth Iyengar in lead roles.

The ambitious project aims for a multi-language release, targeting Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam audiences. The filmmakers assert that "Geetanjali Mallivachindi" is set to redefine the horror-comedy genre, taking it to another level. Marking his directorial debut with this film, Siva Turlapati, the choreographer of films like "Ninnu Kori" and "Nishabdam," is at the helm, while Praveen Lakkaraju serves as the music director. Excitement is building for this intriguing combination of horror, humor, and Anjali's milestone 50th film.
