Comedian turned actor Sunil has joined hands with Vamsi Krishna Akella of Raksha fame for a new movie. Sudharshan Reddy, who earlier made Prema Katha Chitram is producing this film. The actor will be sporting a six pack in the film.

The latest update is that the makers have zeroed in on Jakkanna as the film's title. Although they considered the titles Aggi Pulla and Sainikudu for the film, sources say they feel that Jakkanna is apt for the story. Interestingly, director Rajamouli is fondly referred as Jakkanna by the tinsel town folks due to his craving for perfection.

The word Jakkanna is also quite popular with the Telugu audience due to its background and it seems the makers of the Sunil starrer have coined it well for their film. Mannara Chopra is playing the leading lady in this romantic-action entertainer which is likely to hit the screens early next year.
