Actor Suniel Shetty was huge name in the Bollywood back in 90s and 00s but since last few years, he has kept a distance from the big screen. He is now set to make his comeback with a comedy flick where he'll be seen sharing screen with Sanjay Dutt. In a recent media interaction, Suniel opened up about his break from work and his comeback as well.

The actor told ETimes, "I took a sabbatical for a long time. Then, I tested the waters by doing cameos and South films. But I am glad that I did that. Today, cinema is being appreciated across borders. Language doesn’t matter anymore, what matters is the content. Now, fortunately, actors are being offered subjects keeping their maturity and talent in mind, and I am damn excited about it."

Meanwhile, Suniel's son, Ahan is raking praises for his performance in his debut film 'Tadap'. Talking about that, the actor said, "I am glad that Ahan was appreciated for his part in the film. A good start was much needed. Today acceptance and appreciation is very-very important. I am also happy that projects that are coming our way are from good banners and acclaimed filmmakers. Let’s see where Ahan’s destination takes him. Fingers crossed.”
