Popular south actor Sundeep Kishan is excited about his upcoming release 'Michael', directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi. The film's trailer impressed millions. Sree Venkateswara Cinemas and Karan C Entertainment have bankrolled the movie, presented by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

This neo-noir action thriller is slated for theatrical release on February 3 and has created immense expectations among the audience. Now, the latest is that Sundeep met Thalapathy Vijay ahead of Michael's release and earned the star's wishes. Taking to Twitter, he shared a photo of himself with the 'Pokkiri' actor.

Sundeep captioned, "Thank You Dearest Thalapathy for your kind words , love and support for #Michael Thank you for being so Humble & Inspiring Love you anna @Dir_Lokesh presents a @jeranjit film ... #Michael in theatres Tomorrow" (sic). The movie also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Gautham Menon, Divyansha Kaushik and Varalzmi Sarathkumar in key roles.

In a recent interview with an entertainment portal, Sundeep revealed Vijay and Lokesh's reaction to Michael. He said, "Thalapathy Vijay really liked the poster and trailer and he was so sweet and encouraging of younger actors like us. For a star of his stature, he is so down-to-earth. He makes us feel very positive and I was really happy. Lokesh Kanagaraj has seen 20 minutes of the film and he loved it."
