‘Sundaram Master’ trailer: Funny to the core

Viva Harsha has emerged as one of the most prominent comedians in Telugu cinema today, showcasing his versatility across a spectrum of roles. In 2023 alone, he left a lasting impression with a dozen releases, spanning both films and the OTT space. From “Premadesam” to “Dead Pixels,” “Men Too,” “Month of Madhu,” and the recent “Bubblegum,” Harsha has captivated audiences with his performances.

Transitioning to a lead role, Harsha now stars in the upcoming film “Sundaram Master,” a village-based drama slated for release on February 23, 2024. The recently unveiled trailer hints at a narrative that begins as a lighthearted forest-based drama but quickly transitions into a gripping thriller, showcasing a seamless and intriguing storyline.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi wished the makes all the best in a video byte during the trailer launch. He said “The trailer of ‘Sundaram Master’ is excellent. Harsha seems perfectly cast for this role. He has climbed to the level of a hero today through self-belief and talent. Producer Sudheer and director Kalyan Santhosh have crafted this film with great faith in Harsha. It’s clear that this movie will be entertaining and fun. There’s a blend of comedy and emotion, which audiences always appreciate. I believe this film deserves great success.”

Directed by Kalyan Santhosh in his directorial debut, “Sundaram Master” promises an engaging narrative. Harsha portrays a school teacher assigned to a remote area known for its marginalized community. The film delves into his challenges as a teacher and the unexpected turn his life takes due to a hidden secret within the village.

Divya Sripada plays the female lead alongside Harsha, adding depth to the comedic narrative. The film features music by Sricharan Pakala and is jointly produced by Ravi Teja and Sudheer Kumar Kurru under RT Team Works and Goal Den Media.

Behind the scenes, Deepak Yaragera handles cinematography, capturing the essence of the story, while Karthik Vunnava crafts the editing to maintain the narrative’s pace. Chandra Mouli Eathalapaka’s art direction and the costume design by Srihitha Kotagiri and Raja Sekhar enhance the film’s visual appeal.

Additionally, Hemanth Kurru serves as the executive producer, with Swetha Kakarlapudi and Shalini Nambu as creative producers. Vijay Binni’s choreography adds a vibrant touch to the film’s musical sequences, promising a wholesome cinematic experience for audiences.
