Director Sundar C has worked with all the top heroes of Tamil cinema including Rajini, Kamal and Ajith among others. He has currently finished shooting the family entertainer 'Vanthaa Rajavaathan Varuven' starring Simbu, Catherine Tresa and Megha Akash and will soon start his action entertainer with Vishal playing the lead.

In a recent interview Sundar C was asked which hero he missed working the most and he was quick to reply that it is indeed Thalapathy Vijay. Sundar shared that he had written atleast eight scripts for Vijay but he could not do them due to various issues but became huge hits with other heroes. The top commercial director has joked that he is the only director who has earned huge profits through Vijay without directing him even once.
