She has been accepted as pretty and talented by fans as well as critics. But the top spot has evaded Sunainaa for unknown reasons. Her last film in Tamil was Vishal starrer Samar in which she acted in an extended cameo. She has been pinning her hopes on her upcoming film Nambiar with Srikanth which has been in the making for long.

But now Sunainaa since has been signed up to play the lead heroine role in the film titled Vanmam which stars Vijay Sethupathi and Kreshna. The film will be produced by Hitesh Jabak under his Nemichand Jabak banner and directed by debutante Jai Krishna who has worked as an assistant to Kamal Haasan.

As per sources close to the director the film is about two friends played by Vijay Sethupathi and Kreshna. The script has been laced with high octane action and intense emotional sequences.

Music will be scored by Thaman and Balabharani has been roped in to crank the camera.

As per sources close to the producer, shooting of the film will commence on April 26 in Thoothukudi and Nagercoil.
