'Idam Jagath', which tells the story of a photo-journalist played by Sumanth, is currently in post-production phase.Touted to be an engaging dark thriller, this Vizag-based drama stars Anju Kurien of 'Premam' fame as the heroine.

The news is that the film will hit the screens on Sept 28.

"We are happy that the recently-released Teaser has got a very good response. Sumanth's character in the movie is exciting. The title is very apt," the makers say.

Directed by debutant Anil Srikantam, the film is touted to be novel. Shivaji Raja, Priyadarshini Ram, Aditya Menon, Kalyan Vithavu and Shafi are part of the cast.

Comedian Sathya and others are also seen. The much-happening man of the 'Kshanam' and 'Goodachari', Sricharan Pakala, has composed the music. Balreddy P's visuals are dark, in keeping with the genre.

Garry BH's cuts are expected to be perfect. Jonnalagadda Padmavate and Gangapatnam Sridhar have produced the movie on Viraat Films and Sri Vignesh Karthik Cinemas.
