The teaser of Karthi's much-awaited action entertainer 'Sulthan' has just been released and is loaded with many a mass moment underlined by a concept that attempts to rewrite an epic history no less. The cut is suggestive of a land filled with criminals with the police having no clue how to tackle them and the hero Sulthan enters with a mission to subdue them without bloodshed.

The concept of 'Sulthan' attempts to rewrite the history of thousands of years drawing parallels to the Mahabharatha. Karthi's character questions what would have happened if Lord Krishna had sided with the Gauravas instead of the Pandavas. The epic may have a different story tell maybe one without the longest war in mankind's history.

'Sulthan' has Rashmika Mandanna debuting as Karthi's pair while Yogi Babu, Lal and Haressh Peradi are in the cast. 'Remo' fame Bhagyaraj Kannan is the director while Vivek Mervin is the music composer. The big budget flick expected tor release in April this year is produced on a grand scale by S.R. Prabhu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures.
