Sukumar earmarks Rs 40 lakh, sets up oxygen plant in Razole

Last week, there were reports that 'Rangasthalam' director Sukumar had set aside lakhs of rupees for helping covid patients. Latest reports say that the acclaimed filmmaker, who is known for box-office hits like 'Arya', has decided to build an oxygen generator plant at Razole in Kakinada.
Sources say that Sukumar is building a DOCS80 Oxygen generator plant in Razole. It's learned that the generator system equipment installation work is in progress.
For this purpose, the filmmaker has earmarked as much as Rs 40 lakh. This is a huge amount of money coming from an individual.
The Telugu film industry is doing its bit these days to help the Telugu States fight the coronavirus pandemic. Chiranjeevi has been in the news for making donations to needy cine artists. Besides, he and his son will be setting up oxygen banks across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Coming to Sukumar's filmography, he will be having a big theatrical release this year in the form of 'Pushpa'. There will be a second part to it and it will hit the screens in 2022. Starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapahti Babu and Prakash Raj, the films are produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad.
