More than a year after the release of 'Nannaku Prematho', Sukumar is set to shoot a coming-of-age, period drama with Ram Charan as the hero. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers of 'Srimanthudu' and 'Janatha Garage' fame, the yet-to-be-titled flick also features Samantha as a female lead.

The news is that the movie will go to sets on March 20. The first schedule itself will see crucial scenes being shot on the lead pair. Samantha will join the crew two days after the start date.

To be shot extensively in Telangana, AP, Kerala and TN, the entertainer will be wrapped up before the end of July. Devi Sri Prasad, it is learnt, has already completed his musical composition.

Recently, it was reported that Suku zeroed in on a look for Cherry after considering at least fifteen get-ups. The Mega hero will be seen in the role of a deaf guy in this flick, which also sees Vaibhav Reddy in a key role.
