The mass suicide of a 11 member family in Delhi has created ripples of shock in the country with the series of revelations. While written notes were found from the house pertaining to instructions and pre-planning, there was speculation if the deaths might be actually murders.
Police have obtained post mortem reports of six individuals and going by that murder seems to be a less likely chance. However a clearer picture could be obtained after the post mortem reports of others are also available.
Meanwhile the only surviving person of the family Sujatha has opened up on the deaths stating that it was planned murder and not suicides. Sujatha is the daughter of Narayan Devi who was one of the deceased aged 77 years old. She had been working abroad and devasted to know that her family was dead.
“My family wouldn’t have taken the decision of suicide. They don’t believe in superstition so much to have done this. Nobody has cheated them either. Someone has planned and murdered them all. The police should nab the culprit as soon as possible.” She told.
