Oviya, the most written-about contestant of Bigg Boss Tamil, was said to have attempted suicide while at the Bigg Boss house. Whether or not there is a grain of truth in the rumour, someone filed a complaint with the police against the show's producer and host, Kamal Haasan.

As a result, Oviya has been asked to be present before the police for questioning.

When Sampoornesh Babu eliminated himself from the Telugu avatar of the reality show a few days back, similar rumours did the rounds. Of course, nobody went to the extent of filing a complaint against the show's producers. For his part, Sampoo denied having done anything extreme at the house.
