Never before had Mahesh Babu taken a Sudheer Babu film so seriously, at least in public. 'Sammohanam' made all the difference. Speaking at the film's pre-release event, the 'Bharat Ane Nenu' star was looking forward to watching Sudheer's best-ever performance, having taken senior Naresh's words at face value. Two days after the movie's release, Mahesh almost gushed about the Mohankrishna Indraganti directorial on Twitter.

How does Sudheer see all this and more? “I have always been close to Mahesh as a brother-in-law. However, after 'Sammohanam', I am seeing a glint in Mahesh’s eyes when he mentions the actor in me," the 'Samanthakamani' actor says.

Sudheer's next is 'Nannu Dochukunduvate', which marks the debut production of his home banner, Sudheer Babu Productions. Nabah Natesh is the heroine. Debutant director RS Naidu is almost done with the entire shooting. It has music by Sandalwood's Ajaneesh.
