Supposed to have gone on to floors earlier this year, Sudheer Babu’s next with multi-faceted personality Harsh Vardhan has been pushed back to next year. Said to be a romantic thriller dotted with twists and turns, a major chunk of the film will be shot in Italy, we’ve learnt. The director has zeroed in on some locations in the European country and he believes the climate is ideal for filming either in October or March-April. With Sudheer occupied with other assignments like ‘V’ and Gopichand biopic, October has been ruled out and Harsha decided to shoot in March-April next year.
He will kick off the shooting by a Hyderabad schedule of 20 days early next year before flying down to Italy for a 50-day schedule. The film has a fair dose of computer generated shots as well and he is planning in a way that effects will be on his table by the time he returns to Hyderabad after the European leg of filming.
With his directorial deferred to next year, Harsha has shifted attention to acting assignments. While his immediate next is Trivikram’s Ala Vaikunthapuramlo where he will be seen as Pooja Hegde’s uncle Kasinath, he has also green-lit director Chinni Krishna’s Akshara.
