Sudheer Babu interviews Megastar Chiranjeevi

Releasing the Teaser of 'Sammohanam', Megastar Chiranjeevi said that the teaser suggests the film has a fresh storyline.  The film's hero Sudheer Babu took the opportunity to find out some interesting things from the 'Sye Raa' star!

SB: Sir, what comes to your mind when you hear the word Sammohanam?

Chiru: Surrender.  The word also reminds me of the words 'mesmerize' and 'flat'.

SB: Sir, I have a personal question.  When were you first mesmerized by Surekha garu?

Chiru: (Smiles) I was mesmerized by Surekha the first time I saw her!

SB: There was a time when Telugu films would have Telugu-only titles like 'Aaradhana', 'Rudra Veena', etc.  The trend seems to be back.

Chiru: Yes and it's good.  'Rangasthalam', 'Bharat Ane Nenu' and 'Sammohanam', for example

SB: Sir, have you watched any of Mohankrishna Indraganti garu's movies?

Chiru: Yes.  I always hear good things about him.  I recently watched 'Ami Tumi' along with my family.

SB: Sir, how did you find the teaser of our film?

Chiru: It's very good.  The heroine (Aditi Rao Hydari) is looking like a fresh face.  Especially the way your character talks about what will happen to her looks after 40 years.  The film seems to have a strong love story.

SB: It tells the story of an upper middle-class man and a film heroine.

Chiru: Is the story by Indraganti himself?

SB: Yes, Sir!  He wrote the story as he was inspired by a real incident that happened when he was making 'Golkonda High School'.

Chiru:  That's beautiful.  I wish you and the team of 'Sammohanam' all the best.

Note: The rom-com will hit the screens on June 15.
