Actor Sudeep is popular among Tamil audience for his performance as the lead villain in 'Naan Ee' and Ilayathalapathy Vija's 'Puli'. The actor who is one of the top league stars in Kannada film industry has recently applied for a divorce from his wife Priya in a Court in Bengaluru.

After filing for the divorce the couple seem to have mended their differences and apparently decided to continue their marital life. However they did not do much to withdraw the divorce application and they allegedly failed to turn up for the court hearing for nine instances.

This time the Court has issued a stern warning to the couple saying that if they don't appear for the next hearing they will have to face dire consequences.

Sudeep is currently shooting for one of his upcoming films in a foreign country. Sources said that as soon as he returns he will go to the Court and withdraw his divorce application.
