Kichcha Sudeep and his team of Varasdaara` Television team faces a police complaint and a notice for disturbing the garden of the house they have acquired for shooting at a private house in Chickmagaluru.

The house owner of a private house in Baiguru village Deepak Mayoor had given his house and coffee estate to shoot for the television serial. Firstly the rent agreed upon was not paid and the coffee garden has received disturbance alleges house owner. A complaint on producer of the TV serial Kichcha Sudeep, co producer Mahesh and director Gadda Vijay has been filed.

All the three connected to this have also received lawyer notice. Nearly 40 days of shooting was permitted and Rs.6000 was daily rent. The rent has not been remitted and in addition to it the garden is disturbed is the complaint to the district police chief.
