Highly talented actor of Kannada cinema Sudeep is playing what Mohanlal did in 'Spatikam' and Sundaram (Kushboo husband) did in 'Virapu' in the Kannada version that is going on the floor on 18th of this month. 'Spatikam' was made 15 years ago in Malayalam and 'Virapu' was the recent film in Tamil.

For the producers of 'Ekadantha' Kannada film Sriram and Gopi it is Sadhu Kokila who is directing the film. Director Sadhu Kokila has given many hits like 'Raktha Kanneeru, Suntaragali, Rakshasa, Anatharu'. He has 'Gange Bare Thunge Baare' ready for releasing starring Prajwal Devaraj, Sunaiya and Gayathri in lead roles.

Ganesh and Ramya are teamed for the first time in this film that will be directed by D.Rajendra Babu who has just completed 'Bindhaas' starring Puneeth Rajakumar and Hansika Motwani.
