After meeting the AP Minister Paritala Sunitha at her Anantapur residence, Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan interacted with the media.

"I am going to study the problems (related to irrigation and farmers). I till take time to understand them. The idea is to present a structured submission to the Prime Minister. Some promises were made in the election manifesto (of the TDP), but it's not possible to implement all of them. And when it's not possible to do something, the rulers should tell the public why they are not able to do so. Same goes for Special Category Status. Without accountability, you can't ask for votes," Pawan said.

"There was a time when all the development was concentrated in Hyderabad. Today, people in Seema have the feeling that they are not involved in the development focussed on Amaravathi. We are cogitating over the feasibility of the location of High Court in Seema region. There is a proposal to set up a Central University. If sub-regional identity issues are to be avoided in future, we have to start working right now. Post bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, there is a feeling that Seema has been neglected," Pawan said.
