The much-awaited trailer of the month, ‘Student Of The Year 2’ starring Tiger Shroff and debutantes Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria is finally out. The film is the sequel to 2012's ‘Student of the Year’ starring Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in the lead roles. Helmed by Punit Malhotra, ‘SOTY 2’ is produced by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions.

In the trailer, one can see a power-packed entry for Tiger while playing kabaddi with his team who is super-excited to study in St Theresa’s college. Tara is another student whose main aim is to win the dance competition and takes the help of the all-rounder, Tiger. Meanwhile, this sequel also has a connection with a role where Ananya is seen as a rich spoilt brat who can be seen spraying pink paint on Tiger’s bicycle and has the parking issue. The trailer also shows a love triangle between Tiger-Ananya-Tara. But, unlike the first one, ‘SOTY2’ has a villain who thrashes the lead actor black and blue and this doesn’t stop Tiger from backing off his goal of grabbing the Student Of The Year award.
