New films to release from this weekend

The ongoing strike between film producers and Digital Service Provider (Qube) mean that there has been no release of new films across South India. But now the strike has been withdrawn in all the South Indian states except Tamil Nadu. This means new films can be released in Telugu and Malayalam from this weekend. 

Meanwhile an emergency meeting of TN Theatre Association will be held today. 

The talks between Tamil Nadu Producers Council and the DSP over the cost of service have failed multiple times. We hope a solution is attained at the earliest so that many new Tamil films that are queued up for release hits the screens soon.
