Streaming Today: Devara and Vettaiyaan

This weekend, movie lovers have a different set of movies at the theatres. One of them is Nikhil's Appudo Ippudo Eppudo. Apart from this, JIthender Reddy and Dhoom Dhaam are also attracting the craze. On the flip side, recently released theatrical films also stream on OTT platforms.
The first one is Devara. Koratala Siva directed it, and it stars NTR in a dual role. The first part is streaming now on Netflix. The Hindi dub will be added soon, but the film can be viewed in other languages. It was a massive success at the box office.
The film's plot follows: A village chief's son secretly continues his father's mission to end smuggling while pretending to be weak and maintaining the illusion that his father is still alive.
On the other hand, Superstar Rajinikanth's Vettaiyaan is hitting Amazon Prime Video. Also starring Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, and others, the film received praise but did not do well at the box office.
The film's plot is: A sought-after supercop gets caught in a series of unexpected events when he guns down a criminal in a murder case. Amidst his struggle to justify the act, he must confront his moral compass while fighting corrupt, larger-than-life forces. Vettaiyan explores the underbelly of crime investigations with one man's fight against a world where justice is a rare commodity.
Malayalam film ARM is also streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
