Cop stories have always been hits on screen. A cop story made Big B a superstar and another introduced South Indian Megastar Chiru to Bollywood. The power, the style and the daredevilry in the uniform is the signature of these characters and add honesty it becomes a Vijay Khanna of Zanjeer but add a naughty and chirpy angle, it becomes our own Power Star’s Gabbar Singh. Every actor, young or matured, rookie or experienced would love to grab that opportunity to play a cop’s role. Of course, a different shade is always a welcome icing on the cake.

Coming to the point, Sundeep Kishen, who has burst into the scene with his bag daddy’s spoilt brat’s role in ‘Prastahanam’ been playing boy next door roles since then. Having made a mark as an elegant actor, he is now attempting to diversify into massy and meaty roles. His upcoming film, ‘DK Bose’ is about a cop that has the shades of a dabangg with lots of fun and action.

Produced by Seshu Reddy and Anand Ranga and directed by N. Bose, this film has all the ingredients of a mass film including a beautiful love story, the producers said. They added ‘The film shooting has finished and is under post production.
