Stomach for failures

Gudumba Shanker and Balu-ABCDEFG have been failures. And as if to add injury to insult, Pawan Kalyan was recently hospitalized.
The reason? Appendicitis, said the doctor. The operation, we are told, went off well, and the actor is said to be back on his feet.
As one wag put it, the appendicitis may have been because he had to stomach too many failures of late.
A touch unkind, isn't?
