Steven Spielberg is all set to direct 'Blackhawk' the first superhero movie in his career. The film would be jointly produced by Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment and Warner Bros.Toby Emmerich, chairman, Warner Bros. has stated “We can’t wait to see what new ground he will break in introducing ‘Blackhawk’ to movie audiences worldwide.”
'Blackhawk' are a team of World War II era pilots who continue to fight evil as a group. Steven Spielberg's latest film 'Ready Player One' dealing with virtual reality has grossed 476 million dollars since its release last month. The celebrated director is currently focussed on beginning principal photography for 'Indiana Jones 5' and is also interested in remaking the famous 'West Side Story'.
