Ram Gopal Varma’s latest film ‘Satya 2’ is yet again facing fresh legal problem. After being postponed its release date from 25th Oct to 8th Nov, the release date of crime saga has been put on hold as of now.

Sometime ago an issue said to have been cropped up between RGV and one of the producers, Arun Sharma; following which the two parted ways. Now through the producer’s banner L R Media, a court stay has been brought up on the release of ‘Satya 2’.

The statement read, "L R Media which was associated with Ram Gopal Varma on Satya 2 filed an injunction to stop the film from releasing on November 8th."

According to sources, the production house had submitted the order citing that the filmmaker terminated the contract without any valid reason.

When asked about this RGV through a media refrained from making any comment saying that since the matter is sub judice and his lawyers are working on it.

Starring Puneet Singh Ratan, Anaika Soti, Mahesh Thakur and Raj Premi in lead, ‘Satya 2’ is a sequel of 1998’s super hit crime drama.
