The first film of power star Puneeth Rajakumar to face the legal battle! The last Thursday release ‘Anjaniputhra’ faces stay order for further screening as there is objection to a particular scene from the judiciary fraternity.

The complaint is booked on producer MN Kumar, director Harsha A and Regional Censor board for making such remark by a cop on a lawyer.
A team of advocates Narayanaswamy, Vijayakumar, Vinod Kumar, Nagesh, Naveen Kumar have filed a case on this issue.

Distributor of the film ‘Anjaniputhra’ Jack Manju shocked on this development added that they were yet to receive the court order. The shows will continue until they receive the court order and requested the public to not shy away from watching the movie on the big screen during the Christmas weekend.
Since ‘Anjaniputhra’ is already released court order does not specifically address distributors and theatre owners, they could continue with the screening.
